“I got to meet Olaf in the context of a Managed Service Project. Many different internal stakeholders as well as external partners were part of this project. Due to his open and solution-oriented way of working, Olaf ensured not losing the red threat at one point in time. Therefore, the meetings took place very efficiently and in a professional athmosphere. Obstakles that emerged during the project were picked up by Olaf and he started to actively search for solutions. Thereby he always stayed calm and focussed which transferred to all participants. His appriciation of all participants in the same manner was also crucial for the succes of the project. This was an extremely efficient opportunity to utilize the capabilities of all participants and to change approach as neccessary. Agreements made were integrated into the project plan and followed up by him.”
