Dar\u00fcber hinaus war es seine Aufgabe, die Zusammenarbeit zwischen diesen unabh\u00e4ngigen Standorten zu optimieren und dabei die Unterschiede in Kultur und Arbeitsweise zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Er hat tolle Arbeit darin geleistet, die Analyse jedes Standorts durchzuf\u00fchren und diese vor Ort auf allen Niveaus in hochgradig anerkannten Feedback-Runden und durch klare R\u00fcckkopplung und in pers\u00f6nlichen Telefonaten\/ Treffen mit mir vorzustellen. Abschlie\u00dfend hat Olaf das internationale Treffen der General Manager das dazu diente, die Ergebnisse zu diskutieren und die Folgeschritte festzulegen, erfolgreich geleitet.\u201d<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Privat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cAls Person ist Olaf leicht zug\u00e4nglich und seine F\u00e4higkeit, Vertrauen und Information von Menschen aller Ebenen in verschiedensten Funktionen zu erhalten, ist bemerkenswert. Es f\u00e4llt ihm leicht, Vertrauen zu schaffen, was ihn dazu bef\u00e4higt, verborgene Engp\u00e4sse, die die verschiedenen Prozesse blockieren, zum Vorschein zu bringen. Neben seiner umfangreichen allgemeinen Kenntnis der Businessprozesse machen seine positive Energie und aufrichtiges Interesse an Gesch\u00e4ft und Mensch Olaf zu einer einzigartigen Person.
