Die erforderliche Kompetenz der Anbieter lag jenseits des Standards und beinhaltete spezifische Qualifikationen und Expertise in Entwicklungsl\u00e4ndern.<br\/>Olaf war verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Leitung des Pitches, den funktions\u00fcbergreifenden Evaluierungsprozess und die Verhandlung der kommerziellen Bedingungen.<br\/>In diesem Project waren Olaf und das Team mit knappen Timelines und funktions\u00fcbergreifenden Stakeholder-Erwartungen konfrontiert.<br\/>Olaf hat bei der Sicherstellung der Qualit\u00e4tsstandards und Einhaltung der Timelines ausgezeichnete Arbeit geliefert. Er hat neue Tools eingef\u00fchrt, die eine strukturierte, funktions-\u00fcbergreifende Vendor-Evaluation erm\u00f6glicht haben. Olaf hat das Team durch einen effizienten, transparenten und konsistenten Projekt-Management Stil geleitet.
