Auch wenn die Interaktion auf das eine Projekt beschr\u00e4nkt ist, ist es offensichtlich, dass Olaf ein Senior Professional mit verl\u00e4sslichen Kompetenzen f\u00fcr den Sourcing-Bereich und seine internen Partner ist. <\/p>\n\n<p>Im Projekt, in dem ich die Gelegenheit hatte, mit Olaf zusammen zu arbeiten, zeigte er tiefgehende Kenntnisse der internen Prozesse von Boehringer Ingelheim (BI), ein gutes Verst\u00e4ndnis der BI Kultur, und ein erhebliches Engagement f\u00fcr das Unternehmen, obwohl er ein externer Mitarbeiter ist.<br\/>Olaf verstand meine Interessen im- und Erwartungen an das Projekt extrem gut und war in der Lage, dies den verschiedenen Lieferanten zu vermitteln. Er ist ausgesprochen pr\u00e4zise im Follow-Up und hat bemerkenswerte kommunikative F\u00e4higkeiten, die St\u00e4rken eines Angebots hervorzuheben, aber auch auf dessen Schwachstellen zu verweisen, immer mit dem Ziel, das finale Ergebnis zu verbessern. Olaf bereichert nicht nur durch seine Rolle im Kontakt mit den Lieferanten, sondern auch durch den Beitrag aus verschieden Perspektiven zu verschiedenen Arbeitstreffen, den er aufgrund seiner vielf\u00e4ltigen Erfahrungen in seiner Karriere leisten kann. <\/p>\n\n<p>Etwas, das es sich zu betonen lohnt, ist die Ruhe, die er auch in \u00e4usserst angespannten Verhandlungsmomenten bewahrt. Meiner Meinung nach ist es sehr schwierig, auch unter hohem Druck eine \u201cEntgleisung\u201d von Olafzu provozieren \u2013 etwas, das f\u00fcr einen Professional in seiner Position extrem wertvoll ist.<br\/>Olaf ist durchsetzungsf\u00e4hig und entschieden, erkl\u00e4rt die Ziele eines Projekts ruhig und deutlich und diskutiert auf konstruktive Weise. Er ist in der Lage, eine positive Atmosph\u00e4re zu schaffen, die zu besseren Ergebnissen f\u00fchrt \u2013 zumindest war dies der Fall in dem Projekt, bei dem wir zusammengearbeitet haben.<br\/>Zusammenfassend l\u00e4sst sich festhalten: Olaf ist ein erfahrener, zuverl\u00e4ssiger und sorgf\u00e4ltiger Professional, extrem verbindlich gegen\u00fcber seiner Aufgabe und dem Auftraggeber \u2013 dies ist die Erfahrung die ich in der Zusammenarbeit mit ihm gemacht habe.\u201d     <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Titel: Regional Business Manager EUCAArbeitgeber: Boehringer Ingelheim GmbH Corp.
