Olaf und ich waren Kollegen bei Boehringer Ingelheim w\u00e4hrend meiner Zeit dort zwischen 2015 und 2017. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war ich der Therapeutic Area Head f\u00fcr Respiratory Diseases. Olaf war Teil der Sourcing of General Goods  Service Gruppe, die zur Purchasing Organisation geh\u00f6rt.<br\/>In dieser Zeit beschloss die Respiratory Therapeutic Area, eine Erneuerung der Gesamtstrategie vorzunehmen. Mit Olafs Hilfe wurden wir uns intern einig, dass wir einen gewagten und aggressiven Plan mit einer aggressiven Timeline verfolgen wollten. Um dies umsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen, entschieden wir uns f\u00fcr eine externe Beratungsfirma. Herr Van der Linden leitete diese Suche und Evaluierung f\u00fcr uns. Olaf generierte einen Pool von potentiellen Beratungsunternehmen und organisierte deren Pr\u00e4sentationen f\u00fcr uns. Aber dieser Teil ist nichts Au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliches.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was seine Hilfe auszeichnet waren zwei Dinge. Erstens, er pushte die Unternehmen, sehr kreative Vorschl\u00e4ge zu machen, um zu einer gewagten und aggressiven Strategie zu gelangen. Er forderte die Anbieter dazu auf, ihre Pr\u00e4sentationen in sehr kurzer Zeit mehr auf unsere Zielsetzung zuzuschneiden und die Teams mit Personen zu besetzen, die auch echt in der Lage sind, diese Zielsetzungen zu erreichen. Und zweitens, er forderte die Bieter heraus und dr\u00e4ngte sie, kreative Vertragsbedingungen aufzustellen, die den Anbieter \u00fcber die Laufzeit der Strategie in die Verantwortung nehmen, nicht nur w\u00e4hrend der Implementation. Diese zwei Elemente haben zur Bildung von kreativen Ideen gef\u00fchrt, die unser Bed\u00fcrfnis nach einer Partnerschaft anstelle einer reinen Transaktion wiedergespiegelt haben. Aber dieser Prozess hat auch gezeigt, welcher der Anbieter am besten und einfachsten dazu in der Lage ist quer und spontan zu denken, etwas, das unabdingbar ist bei der Erstellung einer gewagten, ambiti\u00f6sen, kreativen Strategie innerhalb von kurzer Zeit. Das Ergebnis war eine erfolgreiche Partnerschaft und eine erfolgreich erneuerte Strategie.     <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Herr van der Linden hat dieses integrative und kreative denken in all seinen Interaktionen demonstriert. Er ist ein Problem-L\u00f6ser und jemand, der daran interessiert ist, die L\u00f6sung auf das Problem und das Team zu zu schneiden. Dies ist eine wertvolle Eigenschaft, denn meine leider viel zu h\u00e4ufige Erfahrung im Einkauf ist, dass einzig ein niedriger Preis und ein fixer Prozess und Vertrag z\u00e4hlen. Diese typischen Verhaltensweisen f\u00fchren selten zu Win-Win-Beziehungen so wie dies in dieser Situation der Fall war.
