Ich habe ihn von Beginn an als sehr klar strukturierten, professionellen Berater kennengelernt, der sich nie zu schade war, unbequeme Fragen zu stellen und auch Konsequenzen einzufordern, falls diese nur z\u00f6gerlich oder versp\u00e4tet kamen. Dieses Vorgehen ist bei gro\u00dfen Konzernen eine selten gefundene Qualit\u00e4t und wurde von mir sehr gesch\u00e4tzt. Durch seine gro\u00dfe Erfahrung mit anderen Arbeitgebern kamen viele wertvolle Impulse, die der Vorbereitung und Durchf\u00fchrung der Projekte dienlich waren.
